Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Loyalty Program ("Program") is open to all registered users of this app who are at least 5 years old.
2. Program Details
2.1 Participants in the Program ("Members") can earn points by making purchases.
2.2 Points are accrued as follows: number of point for every $1 spent.
2.3 Points can be redeemed for discounts or free products. 
3. Expiration and Forfeiture
3.1 Points earned in the Program will never expire 
4. Changes to the Program
4.1 The app reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law.
4.2 Any changes to the Program, including point accrual rates, redemption values, or these Terms and Conditions, will be posted here . It is the responsibility of Members to review these terms regularly.
4.3 Continued participation in the Program after any changes signifies acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
5. Data Privacy
5.1 By participating in the Program, Members consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Program and providing personalized offers and rewards.
6. Account Security
6.1 Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including login credentials.
6.2 The App is not responsible for any unauthorized activity on a Member's account resulting from a failure to secure their account information.
7. General Conditions
7.1 Fraud or abuse relating to the accrual of points or redemption of rewards may result in the forfeiture of accrued points and termination of the Member’s participation in the Program.
7.2 The App reserves the right to interpret and apply these Terms and Conditions. All decisions made by The App are final and binding in all respects.
